He who is great recognizes himself in all and thus in the whole; he who does not live, like others, only in the microcosm, but still more in the macrocosm. For him it is not strange; he feels that it concerns him, and he tries to grasp it, in order to present it, or explain it, or act on it in practice. On account of this extension of his sphere, he is great.
On this planet, for instance, a tiny fraction of its inanimate bulk metamorphoses (space) into living stuff (courtesy of the sun) and eventually into intellection.
Knowledge is the energizer. Miniaturization and Complexification (MC) are the methodologies
by which space becomes self-aware. Duration (D) is the memory of this awareness (MCD).
Reality is unknowing at the beginning. It has begun to know with the phenomenon of life.
At the Big Bang singularity, the Techne of space—self-reconfiguration—began, and it has been self-reconfiguration ever since.
The Becoming—space reconfiguring itself—is a systematic
alteration of space itself, which space submits to via its own rules.
